Aspic becomes a real work of art if you add a little imagination to its preparation. Executed in the shape of an egg, aspic with figurines of vegetables and ham, whimsically frozen inside, attracts the attention of enchanted guests.

It is necessary

  • - chicken broth (2 tbsp.);
  • - gelatin (30 g);
  • - eggs (10 pcs.);
  • - ham (200 g);
  • - sweet yellow pepper (1 pc.);
  • - sweet red pepper (1 pc.);
  • - corn or peas (4 tablespoons);
  • - parsley or dill.

Instructions

Step 1

Add gelatin to the chicken broth and leave for 1, 5 hours. Then heat the broth until all the gelatin is dissolved (not boiling).

Step 2

In washed chicken eggs, make a hole 2 cm in diameter from the blunt side. Pour out the contents of the eggs. We wash the shell from the inside and dry it.

Step 3

Cut out beautiful flowers or just cubes from pepper and ham. Turn the eggshells upside down, place them in the egg container and fill them with the prepared figures.

Step 4

We also put a sprig of parsley or dill there, as well as a few grains of canned corn or peas. When all the ingredients are evenly placed inside the shell, fill them with broth.

Step 5

We put the aspic in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Before serving, carefully release the aspic from the shell, cutting it a little more around the hole.
