If after friendly gatherings you have some beer left, do not rush to dispose of it. Use the drink to cook aromatic and tasty pork. The delicate aroma of malt will be remembered for a long time by you and your guests.
It is necessary
-
- pork;
- light beer;
- onion;
- carrot;
- garlic;
- black bread;
- spice.
Instructions
Step 1
If you bought frozen pork, defrost it beforehand. Cut off all films, streaks, skin, dirty areas from a piece and wash it with cool running water. Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Peel vegetables. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots. Crush three heads of garlic with a knife and place on the meat. Add black ground pepper, red pepper, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, universal seasoning, or whatever spices you like best. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Heat some sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it until golden brown. Simmer the onion in the same oil.
Step 4
Prepare a deep baking sheet. Put pork, onions, carrots in it, pour light beer and cover with foil. Do not pour a lot of beer, it should only fill the form up to the middle. Put the dish in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 1, 5-2 hours. Check the meat is cooked every 30 minutes and top up the liquid if it has boiled over.
Step 5
Rye bread works well with a malt-flavored beer gravy. Cut it into small pieces or chop it up. Remove the baking sheet from the oven 20 minutes before cooking, remove the foil and add the bread. Place the meat back in the oven without covering it with foil. Instead of bread, you can use unflavored croutons.
