Chicken à la Caprese is a delicious and healthy dinner for you and your family. It is easy to prepare, but obviously not inferior in taste even to restaurant dishes.

- - parsley - 1 bunch
- - walnuts - 40 g
- - garlic - 3 cloves
- - tomato - 1 piece

Instructions
Step 1
In a blender bowl, put 1 bunch of basil, 1 bunch of parsley, 40 grams of walnuts (it is better to chop them by hand in advance and put in a blender), 3 cloves of garlic. Salt and pepper to taste (about half a teaspoon of salt and pepper) and fill in with 100 grams of olive oil (if you don't have olive oil, you can take ordinary sunflower oil). Mix everything with a blender until smooth.
Step 2
We take the chicken fillet and make cuts, without cutting to the end. There should be a distance of at least 1-1.5 centimeters between each cut. One fillet should have no more than 5 cuts. If you make them too thin, the filling will not hold well.
Step 3
For the filling, we need a tomato cut into half rings, but not too thin. We also take the Mozzarella cheese and cut into half rings about the same size as those of a tomato.
Step 4
Combine a slice of tomato, a leaf of basil and a slice of cheese and insert the fillet into the incision.
Step 5
We do this with each cut.
Step 6
Put the chicken in a greased form. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and top with a mixture of basil, parsley, walnuts and garlic.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Basil leaves and olives are suitable for decorating the dish.
