Everyone loves cutlets, but we all know how bad they are for the figure. There is no oil in this recipe because the patties are cooked in the oven. This cooking method is simpler, and most importantly, healthier. And the taste is in no way inferior to cutlets in a frying pan. Even tastier!

  • Minced meat 500 gr.
  • Baton 100 gr.
  • Milk 100 ml.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Eggs 2 pcs.
  • Bow (one large or two small is enough)
  • Tomato 1 pc.
  • Sour cream or mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Cheese 100 gr.
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Step 1

Cut out the soft part from the loaf and soak in a separate small bowl with milk. We leave for 5-10 minutes. Add to the minced meat two cloves of garlic (crushed in a garlic press or finely chopped), 2 raw eggs, salt, pepper to taste and a loaf softened in milk (add together with milk). Knead the minced meat for about five minutes.

Step 2

We form small balls from the minced meat and squeeze them from both sides on the sides so that they are slightly flattened (this will keep the filling better). Put parchment on a baking sheet or grease a baking sheet with oil and spread the patties with an interval of at least 2 centimeters between them.

Step 3

We peel the onion, cut into thin circles (there should be exactly as many as there are cutlets in total). We also cut tomato and cheese into circles (in the same quantity). Lubricate each cutlet with ketchup and lay out a layer of onion. With the next layer, put one teaspoon of sour cream or mayonnaise and put a layer of tomato on top. And spread the cheese in 3 layers. The cheese can be grated on a fine grater.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown. After cooking, sprinkle with fresh or frozen herbs on top.
