Tartlets are small dough cups filled with a variety of fillings. For example, they can be meat, vegetable, berry, mushroom.
It is necessary
- For tartlets with mushrooms and cheese:
- - tartlets - 10 pcs.;
- - cheese - 100 gr.;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - pickled mushrooms - 100 gr.;
- - onion;
- - sour cream (mayonnaise);
- - black pepper;
- - carrot;
- - dill.
- For shrimp tartlets:
- - tartlets - 10 pcs.;
- - egg (hard boiled) - 3 pcs.;
- - shrimps (peeled ready-made) - 50 gr.;
- - olives (chopped) - 1 tablespoon;
- - mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt, pepper - to taste.
- For tartlets stuffed with chicken and olives:
- - tartlets - 10 pcs.;
- - chicken (boiled or smoked) - 300 gr.;
- - tofu - 150 gr.;
- - boiled squid - 100 gr.;
- - sour cream (thick) - 50 gr.;
- - nutmeg (grated) - to taste
- - olives;
- - parsley (herbs) - to taste.
- For berry tartlets:
- - tartlets - 10 pcs.;
- - berries (for example, black currant or strawberry) - 750 gr.;
- - sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - white wine (grape juice) - a quarter liter;
- - gelatin - 1 pack.
- For caviar tartlets:
- - tartlets - 10 pcs.;
- - crab meat (sticks) - 1 pack;
- - corn (canned) - 0.5 cans;
- - boiled eggs - 5 pcs.;
- - poppy - 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
- - red caviar - 2 spoons;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Now you can buy ready-made tartlets in almost any store, but you can also cook them yourself.
To do this, you need to knead the shortbread dough. It is done like this: salt, sugar, flour (100 g), yolk dissolve in milk (50 gr.) And stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then margarine (50 g) and the remaining flour (100 g) are driven into the dough. The dough is rolled into a layer up to 3 mm thick, from which circles are cut. They are laid out in oiled tins and baked in the oven at 180-200 degrees until golden brown.
Step 2
Tartlets with mushrooms and cheese.
Mix the grated cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. Add finely chopped onions, mushrooms (for example, pickled or fried champignons), boiled grated carrots and black pepper. We start the tartlets with the resulting composition and decorate with herbs.
Step 3
Shrimp tartlets.
Finely chop the eggs and mix them with shrimp, olives and mayonnaise. We start the tartlets with salad. Decorate with olives and herbs.
Step 4
Tartlets stuffed with chicken and olives.
We pass the chicken through a meat grinder, add pounded tofu, sour cream, nutmeg, finely chopped squid meat and parsley to it. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly. Fill the tartlets with the filling, decorate them with parsley sprigs and olives.
Step 5
Berry tartlets.
Sprinkle the berries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes. Strain the juice and mix it with wine or grape juice.
Fill the tartlets with berries. Stir the wine (juice) with sugar and gelatin and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Leave the tartlets until the jelly hardens.
Step 6
Caviar tartlets.
Fry the poppy seeds in a dry frying pan.
Making crab salad: mix eggs, crabs, corn, mayonnaise and stir. Finally, we add the "zest" of this dish - poppy. Put the salad in the tartlets, put 1 teaspoon of red caviar on top.
