To prepare such tartlets you will need:

  • chicken fillet -250 gr;
  • 150 grams of butter and cheese;
  • 75 ml cream;
  • one onion;
  • spice.

To prepare the chicken tartlet filling, you first need to finely chop the onion, grate the cheese on a fine grater and cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Further, the procedure should be as follows:

  • I sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes;
  • add chicken to the pan;
  • after 5 minutes, use salt and spices, and pour in the cream.

Simmer the filling until the cream evaporates. Put the chicken prepared in this way in baskets and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Once this operation is completed, the tartlets should be placed in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

How to stuff the tartlets: using minced meat

To make the filling for such tartlets, you should prepare:

  • mixed minced meat - 300 gr;
  • rice - 200 gr;
  • one carrot and one onion;
  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp / l;
  • some vegetable oil and spices.

Boil the rice until cooked, lightly salted, and rinse, putting it in a colander. Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden brown. Next, add the carrots grated on a coarse grater to the onion. After about 3-5 minutes, put the tomato paste in the pan. After another three minutes, take out the fried vegetables into a plate, cool slightly, and then mix with salted raw minced meat.

The mass obtained in this way should be laid out in baskets and placed in an oven preheated to 180 C. After 30 minutes, ready-made tartlets with minced meat can be pulled out.

Sausage baskets

Sausages with onions are another great answer to the question of what to stuff the tartlets with. You can prepare such baskets in just 15 minutes. To do this, you first need to boil the sausage in water for 7 minutes, and then chop it finely and add a couple of garlic cloves passed through a press to it. Onions should be passaged with pepper and also transferred to sausages. To get very tasty tartlets with filling, then you just need to rub the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the baskets on top of them.
