Oyakodon is a famous Japanese dish made from chicken, egg and soy sauce. The chicken prepared according to this recipe is obtained with a harmonious, slightly sweetish aroma and taste. Oyakodon is usually served with rice.

Step 1
Take the legs, wash them, cut the meat from them and cut into large pieces.
