Oyakodon is a famous Japanese dish made from chicken, egg and soy sauce. The chicken prepared according to this recipe is obtained with a harmonious, slightly sweetish aroma and taste. Oyakodon is usually served with rice.

It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of chicken;

  • - parsley;
  • - 150 grams of onions;

Instructions

Step 1

Take the legs, wash them, cut the meat from them and cut into large pieces.

Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings.

Separate the parsley leaves from the stems, rinse under running water and chop finely.

Pour soy sauce into the pan, add a few tablespoons of water.
