  • - 1 sweet pepper,
  • - 4 bunches of green onions,
  • - 1 clove of garlic,
  • - 2 fresh ginger roots,
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil,
  • - 1/4 teaspoon ground chili pepper,
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

Instructions

Step 1

We wash the chicken liver, remove the films, cut each into 2 parts and mix in a deep cup with soy sauce, sugar and sherry. Leave to marinate for half an hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Wash the vegetables. We clean the pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into squares. Chop the green onion, peel and chop the garlic. Finely chop or grate the ginger root.

Step 3

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, start frying the liver for 3-4 minutes until a brownish tint appears. Then add bell peppers, garlic, onions and ginger, fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 4

Finally, add chili pepper, sugar and soy sauce to the pan and mix. Sprinkle the dish with sesame oil and serve hot in a skillet. The dish is served as a side dish for rice.
