You can stuff a baked onion with anything, as long as it keeps its shape and is not too spicy. This recipe assumes that the onions need to be boiled so that they acquire a mild, sweetish taste. Fried minced meat with melted cheese and cream is used as minced meat. After baking, the dish turns out to be hearty, tasty and original.

Peel the onion.

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, add onions and cook whole for about 15 minutes.

Drain the water, cool the onion, cut each onion in half lengthwise. Pull the middle out of each half, leaving only three outer layers. Chop 1/3 of the removed onion finely.

Chop the garlic very finely. Cut the processed cheese into pieces or grate.
