The paleo diet is a fairly common diet. The most favorite ingredient is cauliflower, it can replace some grains and vegetables in various dishes. In this recipe, cauliflower replaces rice.
It is necessary
- - 300 grams of cauliflower;
- - 200 grams of porcini mushrooms;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tomato;
- - 1/2 tbsp. l. mint and basil;
- - pepper and salt to taste;
- - 1 tsp soy sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients: tomato, mushrooms, onions, cauliflower.
Step 2
Divide the cauliflower into small florets, chop them with a blender and transfer to a deep bowl.
Step 3
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and carry out the procedure the same as with cauliflower, that is, chop and transfer to a separate container.
Step 4
Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add chopped onions, fry until tender.
Step 6
Add chopped mushrooms to the onion, mix everything. Fry until mushrooms are golden brown.
Step 7
Add cauliflower. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Continue cooking for another five minutes, covered.
Step 8
Cut the tomato into cubes.
Step 9
Fry a beaten egg in a small skillet, then cut into strips.
Step 10
Remove the frying pan from the stove, add the chopped egg, mint, basil, tomato. Mix well.
