It is necessary

    • For the liver with bacon and potatoes:
    • liver - 500 g;
    • bacon - 200 g;
    • potatoes - 500 g;
    • onions - 2 pcs.;
    • carrots - 200 g;
    • water - 0.5 l;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.
    • For bacon and liver rolls:
    • liver (beef) - 800 g;
    • bacon - 200 g;
    • onions - 2 pcs.;
    • bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
    • egg yolk;
    • sour cream (25%) - 150 g;
    • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.
    • For the liver pâté with bacon:
    • beef liver - 200 g;
    • bacon - 100 g;
    • butter - 100 g;
    • onions - 1 pc.;
    • carrots - 1 pc.;
    • parsley root - 1 pc.;
    • cloves - 1 pc.;
    • granulated sugar - 1/2 tsp;
    • salt
    • pepper
    • lemon juice to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

For the liver and bacon and potato dish, peel and slice the potatoes first. Boil water, dip the potatoes in it, cook for five minutes and drain the water.

Step 2

Prepare the liver: remove the films, cut it into slices. Fry each side in sunflower oil (two minutes on each side). Place the toasted liver slices in a saucepan.

Step 3

Fry the bacon, onions and carrots until golden brown. Add flour to the contents of the pan, stir and dilute with broth. Add mustard seeds, sage seeds, salt, pepper and boil the mixture. Pour the prepared mixture over the liver slices.

Mix the butter with the prepared mustard and melt it. Pour it over the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a saucepan over the liver slices so that the entire liver is covered. Add salt and pepper and place the dishes in the oven. In ten to fifteen minutes, the dish will be ready.

Step 5

For the next meal, place the stripped liver pieces on top of the bacon slices. Place a wedge of pepper on top of the liver. Wrap the bacon to form a roll. To prevent it from falling apart, secure it with a wooden toothpick.

Step 6

Put onions with sunflower oil on the bottom of a heat-resistant dish. Place the rolls there. Mix the yolk with sour cream, pour this mixture over the rolls. Add the chopped herbs and place in the oven at 200C for twenty minutes. After the rolls have cooled slightly, remove the toothpicks from them.

Step 7

Beef liver pate with bacon turns out delicious. To cook it, cut up the prepared liver and bacon. Pour a little water over the slices, add the roots, salt and spices and simmer a little. Cool the mass slightly and pass it through a meat grinder.

Step 8

Pour lemon juice into the mixture, add sugar and heat it in a skillet. If necessary, add the broth left over from the stewing to it. Cool the mixture, add whipped butter to it, stir well and refrigerate.
