Before starting the process of making homemade mayonnaise, be sure to make sure that all the required foods are at room temperature. Do not use those that have just been taken out of the refrigerator, otherwise the sauce will have an uneven consistency. To speed up the process, you can place the eggs removed from the refrigerator in a bowl of warm water.
Step 2
Separate the yolks and beat them with a mixer with vegetable oil and lemon juice. When whipping, try to work with the mixer so that its blades are at the bottom of the bowl, and until the butter is completely mixed with the rest of the products, do not lift the mixer higher.
