This wonderful thick French mayonnaise sauce is often referred to simply as mayonnaise. You can buy it at almost every grocery store. But many housewives do not even realize that mayonnaise can be made at home and it will turn out to be even tastier.

- Eggs - 4 pieces
- 1st category or fresh homemade,
- Half a lemon,
- Hot mustard - 1, 5 tablespoons,
- Olive oil
- first cold pressed exrta virgin - 2 glasses,
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Freshly ground white pepper on the tip of a knife.
Instructions
Step 1
All products included in mayonnaise should be at room temperature. Take the eggs and carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Pour the yolks into a blender bowl, add fresh juice from half a lemon, mustard, salt and pepper. Rub them well with a spoon and start whisking with a blender at low speed. The mass should thicken and begin to stick to the whisk.
Step 2
Add oil gradually, stirring constantly until a thick, homogeneous mass is obtained. The whipping speed does not need to be increased.
Step 3
Straighten the finished mayonnaise with salt and place in containers with tight-fitting lids.
