You don't have to make the same jam every year. In cooking, you can and should experiment. I suggest you prepare an original and very aromatic peach jam with oranges.
It is necessary
- - peaches - 1.5 kg;
- - small oranges - 6 pcs;
- - sugar - 1, 3 kg;
- - water - 2, 5 glasses.

So the first thing to do is peel the peaches off. To make this procedure not difficult for you, you need to pour boiling water over the fruits, then immediately cool them.

Peaches must be cut into 2 pieces and pitted. The oranges should be peeled. If they have bones, then remove them. Now cut the fruit into small cubes.
Step 3
Pour water into a saucepan and put it on fire. When it boils, add sugar to it, bring to a boil again, then cook the sugar syrup for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
After the time has passed, place the diced oranges and peaches in the sugar syrup. Boil the resulting mass and cook for 40 minutes, while stirring continuously. It remains to transfer the dish to the jars and close them tightly. Peach jam with oranges is ready! I think you will be pleasantly surprised by its taste.
