You will need: 120 grams of boiled sausage, 150 grams of canned corn, 1 pack of kirieshek, 2 chicken eggs, 160 grams of crab sticks, 4 tbsp. olive mayonnaise, 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, 0.5 tsp. salt. Cut the boiled sausage into cubes. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop finely. Cut the crab sticks into slices. Combine chopped ingredients, kirieshki and corn. Add salt and pepper. Pour the mayonnaise over the salad and stir. Use grated egg yolk to decorate the salad.

For him you will need: 80 grams of red pepper flavored crackers, 2 ripe tomatoes, 2 potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons. sour cream, 0.5 tsp. ground white pepper. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes to peel them off. Then cut the tomatoes into cubes. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and chop finely. Cut the garlic into slices: they should be almost transparent. Combine croutons, tomatoes, potatoes, and garlic. Pepper, season the salad with sour cream and mix thoroughly.

Mushrooms go well with kirieshki. So, to prepare a salad with chanterelles, you will need: 90 grams of mushroom-flavored crackers, 190 grams of chanterelles, 60 grams of sunflower oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Cut the chanterelles into slices and boil them in salted water. Cooking time: 25 minutes. Combine ready-made mushrooms with kirieshki. Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and then drizzle with sunflower oil. Stir the salad and serve.

Kirieshki can be made at home. To do this, take stale bread and any soup seasoning. Cut the bread into cubes and sprinkle the seasoning evenly on top. Place the crackers on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for half an hour.
