Sharp Eye salad. This salad is easy to prepare and very healthy. For preparation you will need: 100 grams of hard cheese, 300 grams of carrots, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt, pepper.

Grate cheese and carrots on a coarse grater and add finely chopped garlic. Season with salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise and sour cream. The salad is ready to eat.
