Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for baking.

In a deep bowl, mix eggs with sugar and butter until smooth. Add lemon zest and juice. Add the sifted flour and knead to a soft dough.
Step 3
Lightly sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll the mass into a layer 1-1.5 cm thick. Cut the dough into pieces using molds. Since Easter is still a spring holiday, use molds in the form of flowers, birds and bunnies.
Step 4
Transfer the future lemon cookies to a baking sheet, garnish with colored sugar and sprinkles and put in the oven to bake for 8-10 minutes. When finished, the cookie should have a slightly golden crust.
