  • - 300 grams of butter.
  • For filler:
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
  • - 150 grams of raisins,
  • - 200 grams of almonds,
  • - lemon zest to taste.
  • For glaze:
  • - 1 egg white,
  • - 150 grams of powdered sugar,
  • - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Instructions

Step 1

For dough. Dissolve 60 grams of yeast in 100 ml of milk, add two tablespoons of sugar (regular or cane sugar), stir.

Step 2

For the test. Add two glasses (200 grams glass) of flour to the milk, stir in the dough. Cover with plastic wrap or a towel, leave warm for half an hour.

Step 3

Divide 5 eggs into whites and yolks. Mix the yolks with sugar. Beat the whites until they are foamy. Melt the butter. Grate the zest. Mix the prepared ingredients with the dough. Stir until bubbles appear.

Step 4

Add the remaining flour and knead for about 15 minutes. Roll the resulting dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for two hours.

Step 5

Fry 200 grams of almonds in a pan, then chop in any convenient way (you can use a blender).

Step 6

Rinse the raisins, dry, sprinkle with flour.

Step 7

Knead the matched dough and knead for another 2-3 minutes. Add almonds and raisins to the dough.

Step 8

Fill paper forms (halfway) with dough. Wait for the dough to rise to the brim.

Step 9

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cakes for 30-40 minutes (time depends on your oven).

Step 10

For glaze. Mash one protein with powdered sugar, add a teaspoon of lemon juice, stir. Cool the cakes and cover with glaze.
