On the eve of Easter, many housewives wish to surprise their guests with the most unusual and delicious Easter. You can cook raw or boiled Easter, we offer a simple raw Easter recipe with lemon, raisins and cardamom - it will turn out quite original.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 1 kg of cottage cheese;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 1/2 cup raisins;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 2 boxes of cardamom;
- - vanillin, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the cottage cheese in a fine sieve, wipe it in a large deep container so that no lumps form.
Step 2
Add beaten chicken eggs, raisins, butter, sugar to the curd. Rub the lemon zest, send to the curd mass, add vanillin to taste. Mix everything, add a pinch of salt (you can do without it).
Step 3
Grind the cardamom grains in a mortar, add to the curd, stir.
Step 4
Lubricate the Easter pan with water, cover with gauze, you can take a cotton cloth and fold it out of it to make the Easter pattern.
Step 5
Put the curd mass in a mold, tamp it more tightly. Cover with the ends of gauze or cloth, put a heavier load on top. Place the mold in a cool place for 10 hours.
Step 6
Now it remains to turn the finished Easter onto a dish, remove the gauze. Decorate the Easter treat of your choice. Candied fruits are suitable for these purposes.
