One of the simple recipes for delicious dishes is feta cheese pie!
It is necessary

- - 15 g yeast

Instructions
Step 1
We knead the yeast dough according to the basic recipe and put it in a warm place to rise.
Step 2
We pass the cheese through a meat grinder or grater and form the resulting mass into a ball.
Step 3
We divide the approached dough into two parts, each of which is rolled into a layer 1, 5-2 cm thick.
Step 4
In the middle of one layer, we spread a ball of feta cheese and cover it with a second layer on top.
Step 5
We roll the resulting product into a cake 2-2.5 cm thick, put it in a mold, grease it with a beaten egg and send it to a preheated oven to 150-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
