An original cake just for the New Year!
It is necessary
- For biscuit:
- - 100 g of dark chocolate;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 100 g of granulated sugar;
- - 250 g flour;
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- For the cream:
- - 50 g of dark chocolate;
- - 1 can of condensed milk;
- - 400 g of butter;
- - 70 g of chopped nuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the chocolate, cut the butter into cubes and melt together in a hot water bath. Let cool.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Beat egg yolks with granulated sugar. Sift flour and baking powder on top. Beat the egg whites, put on the resulting mass and quickly knead the dough. Transfer to a baking paper lined dish and place in oven for 40 minutes. Cut the cooled biscuit into 3 cakes (more is possible).
Step 3
For the cream, melt the chocolate in a hot water bath along with 30 g of butter. Whisk the condensed milk with the remaining soft butter, set aside 6 tablespoons of the resulting cream. Add nuts, chocolate mass to most of the cream and whisk. Spread the cakes with the resulting dark cream, cover the top and sides of the cake. Decorate the cake with white cream and refrigerate for 2 hours.
