This cake was invented in Canada and is still very popular there. It consists of several layers that have a bright taste and create a unique sensation for everyone who has tried it at least once. This cake does not need to be baked, it is served chilled.

It is necessary

  • - 2 pcs. eggs;
  • - 290 g of butter;
  • - 6 tbsp. cocoa;
  • - 2 tsp vanillin;
  • - 65g sugar;
  • - 200g waffle crumbs;
  • - 250 g of coconut flakes;
  • - 120 g of walnuts;
  • - 4 tablespoons vanilla pudding;
  • -65 ml of milk;
  • - 3 tbsp. icing sugar;
  • - 230 g of dark chocolate.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the butter, add sugar, vanillin and cocoa to it. Mix everything well and then add lightly beaten eggs to the mixture.

Step 2

Then add waffle crumbs, coconut and chopped walnuts, mix and put in a special form, on the bottom of which lay parchment paper. Refrigerate for about an hour.

Step 3

Beat the butter, adding milk and vanilla pudding to it, without stopping whipping, gradually add powdered sugar to the mass.

Step 4

Take the cake pan out of the refrigerator, cover it with a layer of cream and refrigerate.

Step 5

Break the chocolate into small pieces and put in a metal bowl with butter, then melt the contents.

Step 6

Take the mold out of the refrigerator again, pour melted chocolate over it. Cool down.

Step 7

After a while, cut the resulting cake into small pieces with a knife and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
