It is necessary

  • - butter - 300 g;
  • - margarine - 200 g;
  • - egg - 6 pcs;
  • - sugar - 3.5 cups;
  • - honey - 500 g;
  • - soda - 3 teaspoons;
  • - flour - 8-10 glasses;
  • - fat sour cream - 1800 g;
  • - instant coffee - 1 tablespoon;
  • - water - 1 tablespoon;
  • - walnuts - 50 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Place ingredients such as butter, margarine, and honey in a loose saucepan. Place the mixture on the stove and heat it, stirring constantly, until smooth. Then add baking soda. Mix everything thoroughly and remove from heat. There, gradually add chicken eggs and half a glass of granulated sugar. Whisk well.

Step 2

Gradually add sifted flour to the resulting mass. Mix everything thoroughly until a thick dough is obtained. When it's done, cut it up so that you end up with 23-24 equal pieces.

Step 3

Roll the resulting pieces with a rolling pin in the form of thin circles. Place on each plate and carefully cut off the excess around its perimeter. Thus, future cakes will be obtained.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the cakes on a baking sheet in turn and bake each until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Step 5

In the meantime, prepare the cream for the future cake. To do this, pour instant coffee into a separate bowl and pour a tablespoon of boiling water over it. Place sour cream, granulated sugar, and cooled coffee in another free cup. Beat everything thoroughly. Use a mixer whenever possible.

Step 6

It's time to collect the cake. To do this, simply grease each cake with the resulting cream and spread it on top of the other. Gently grease the last cake and sides with a spatula.

Step 7

Grind the rest of the dough from the cakes with a rolling pin. Decorate the dish with them. Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts on top. In this form, send the treat to the refrigerator for the whole night. The Leaning Tower of Pisa cake is ready!
