It is necessary

    • 200 g wheat flour;
    • 275 g rye flour;
    • 25 g wheat bran;
    • 1 tsp salt;
    • 260 g of natural yogurt;
    • 40 g yeast;
    • 40 g margarine;
    • 30 g of hazelnuts;
    • 20 g pistachios;
    • 50 g sunflower seeds;
    • oatmeal for sprinkling;
    • rectangular shape for 1.5 liters.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine wheat and rye flour, rye bran and salt in a bowl. Dissolve yogurt and chopped yeast in 100 ml of warm water. Melt margarine in a metal bowl and cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Stir in the diluted yeast and melted margarine in a bowl of flour and bran. Knead elastic dough from the resulting mixture, cover it with a cloth, put in a warm place.

Step 3

Chop all nuts except sunflower seeds. Toss the nuts with a little flour. On a floured cutting table, knead the dough, spread the nuts over the surface of the dough and knead it.

Step 4

Form into an oblong loaf and place in a greased pan, brush with salty water on top and sprinkle with oatmeal.

Step 5

The dough should come warm for about 20 minutes. Then bake the bread in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for at least 55 minutes. Leave the baked loaf in the form for another 5 minutes, and then carefully separate the loaf from the walls of the form, turn it over on a wooden board or wire rack and cool. On this, the production of black bread can be considered complete.

Freshly baked bread does not need any pasta or garnish. If you decide to diversify the recipe, then it is enough to change the proportions of wheat and rye flour, and also replace the nuts or part of them with fruits, berries or candied fruits.
