Step 2
Whisk the butter. Combine yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar, add flour. Mix milk with yolks and boil. Cool it down. Whisk while adding butter.
Step 3
Put the cakes on top of each other, brush with cream. Coat the top and sides of the cake with cream too. In a steam bath, melt the white chocolate, pour in the cream. Glaze over the surface of the cake.
Step 4
Place the melted dark chocolate in a parchment envelope. Draw the pattern from the center in a spiral pattern. Draw the tip of the knife 8 times from the center, divide the cake into 8 sections. Then divide each segment in half, move the knife from the edge to the center. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with almonds and chocolate chips.
