This Neapolitan pizza is very juicy with a real crispy crust. It is according to this recipe that the pizza will not be very large, but you can make several varieties of it for a large company.
It is necessary
- For four people:
- - water - 0.25 glasses;
- - thyme - 0.25 tsp;
- - dried oregano - 0.25 tsp;
- - fresh green basil - 10 g;
- - Mozzarella cheese - 50 g;
- - cherry tomato - 50 g;
- - pitted olives - 50 g;
- - tomato sauce - 100 g;
- - olive oil - 50 ml;
- - sugar - 0.25 tsp;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - active dry yeast - 3 g;
- - wheat flour 1 grade from hard grain - 150 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine sugar, warm water and yeast in a cup and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Combine two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, sifted flour and yeast liquid.
Step 3
Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place for half an hour.
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Chop or tear mozzarella, chop basil leaves and olives. Add thyme and oregano to the tomato sauce. Preheat the oven to 220oC.
Step 5
Make a large, thin tortilla out of the dough and knead it with your hands until a thin Neapolitan pizza base is formed. Next, place the cake on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 6
Pour the tomato sauce with a scoop onto the base, then distribute it over the entire base as evenly as possible.
Step 7
Top with cheese, olives, tomatoes, garnish with basil and drizzle with olive oil. Place in oven for 12 minutes. The Neapolitan pizza is ready, cut it into pieces and serve with a drink.
