On kefir dough, the pizza turns out to be airy, soft and melting in the mouth. The composition of the dough does not require a lot of ingredients. It is easy, simple and, most importantly, fast to prepare. Any filling can be used to taste.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 0.5 kefir
- - 500 g flour
- - ½ tsp soda
- - 1 tsp Sahara
- - salt to taste
- For filling:
- - sausage (any)
- - tomatoes
- - cheese
- - ketchup
- - mayonnaise
- - seasoning for pizza
- - greens
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine kefir, sugar, salt and soda. Stir well, gradually adding flour. If the kefir is too liquid, more flour may be consumed. Knead the dough until it stops sticking. The dough should be soft. Leave it to brew, cover with a napkin.
Step 2
For the filling, chop the sausage, tomatoes and chop the herbs. Place baking paper on a baking sheet and brush lightly with butter. Roll out the dough, lightly sprinkle with flour and place on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Brush the dough with ketchup and mayonnaise and sprinkle with seasoning. Top with sausage, tomatoes, sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the pizza on for 30-40 minutes. Slice the pizza while it is still hot.
