How to replace the usual cutlets for dinner? You can make, for example, chicken fillet rolls. But these will not be quite ordinary rolls. They will have an unusual filling - with prunes, which will give the chicken a pleasant sweetish taste.

- - raw smoked bacon 100 g
- - milk 150 ml
- - round bun 1 pc.

- - prunes 100 g
- - walnuts 50 g

Step 1
Chicken fillet must be minced 1-2 times.

Soak the bun in milk for 1-2 minutes so that it is well saturated. For cooking, you can use not necessarily a fresh bun, stale is also suitable.

Squeeze the bun out of excess milk and add to the minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.

Walnuts must be well chopped in a mortar or blender.

Rinse prunes and chop finely, and then combine them with nuts. This will be the filling for the rolls.

Form small cakes from minced chicken. In the middle of each cake, you must put the filling, after which - make a small cutlet.

Wrap the cutlet in bacon.

Put the formed rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. The finished dish should be served hot.
