Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 6 pcs (1 breast for 2 rolls);
  • Pitted prunes - 300 g;
  • Champignons - 400 g;
  • Garlic - ½ head;
  • Peeled walnuts - ½ cup;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under water, then dry and cut in half lengthwise. Beat off each part a little with a wooden mallet or the blunt side of a knife, then salt and pepper the breasts to taste and set aside to soak a little.
  2. Rinse the champignons under water and chop very finely. Fry the chopped champignons with the addition of oil until they acquire a transparent golden color.
  3. Pre-soak the prunes in warm water so that it "straightens out" for about half an hour. Then rinse it under running water. Peel the walnut from impurities (shells, partitions), if any. Twist the prepared prunes and walnuts in a meat grinder, add peeled garlic to them.
  4. Then combine this mixture with the fried mushrooms and mix well. To form a roll, you need to take a breast soaked in salt and pepper, put about one tablespoon of minced meat in the middle and twist it with a roll, fix it with a toothpick, you can from each edge.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Fry the rolls, turning them over so that they brown on all sides.
  6. Fold the finished rolls on a paper towel so that the glass can get excess oil. Ready-made rolls can be served as an appetizer, cold, after cutting them and laying them beautifully on a plate. Or you can serve it as a main course with a garnish of green beans and bell pepper. Give to guests, garnished with a sprig of dill or parsley.
