Mix sugar, vanillin, starch and salt in one saucepan. Pour in milk and whisk until smooth. Put the saucepan on the stove, light a medium heat and wait to simmer, stirring the mixture. Boil for a minute and remove the pan from heat.

Pour half of the mixture into a blender, add bananas, chopped into circles, chopped basil. Stir until smooth. Pour the rest of the milk there, stir, cool to room temperature.

Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and place in the freezer for 6 hours.

Blueberry dessert

Another equally tasty and healthy dessert is blueberry smoothie made from frozen berries. To prepare two servings, you will need 100 g of blueberries, 80 ml of pineapple juice, 120 ml of fat-free yogurt, and a banana.

Prepare the blueberries - remove from the freezer, put in a bowl and set aside for a while. The banana must be peeled and cut into circles, they can be left on a cutting board and placed in the refrigerator as such. When the berries are thawed, take out the banana, mix everything in a blender, adding juice and yogurt. Pour everything into glasses. You can garnish with berries before serving and put in glasses on an ice cube.
