I brought the recipe for this dish from Kyrgyzstan. It is prepared in a double boiler.
It is necessary
- -1.5 cups milk
- -1 egg
- -flour, how much it will take
- - salt
- -500 gr of meat
- -3 onions
- -3 potatoes
Instructions
Step 1
Knead flour, milk, eggs and salt dough. The dough should turn out like for dumplings.
Step 2
We make the filling: cut the meat, onions and potatoes into small cubes, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Divide the dough into several pieces. Roll each piece into a thin cake, spread the filling in a thin layer over the cake and twist.
Step 4
Grease the sheets of the steamer with vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick. Simmer for about 40-50 minutes.
Serve with ketchup, mayonnaise or vinegar.
