Japanese cuisine is quite unusual, but this is its appeal. Japanese cuisine is distinguished by a special selection of products, all ingredients must be of the best quality - the freshest, ripe, and often also raw. There are a lot of secrets in Japanese cuisine recipes.
It is necessary
-
- 3 nori sheets
- 2 cups rice
- 3 glasses of water
- 2-3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 large avocado or cucumber
- 1 box (200 g) Philadelphia cheese (you can use regular processed cheese),
- 200-300 g of salted salmon fillet.
Instructions
Step 1
Start by cooking rice. Rinse it under cold water. Place in a pot with a tight lid that leaves no gap between itself and the pot. Pour boiling water over and cook for exactly the calculated time, namely 12 minutes. Fire: 3 minutes strong, 7 minutes moderate, the rest of the time light. But don't rush to open the lid. Leave it covered and do not touch the rice for as long as it has been cooked. Let him sit on the stove for exactly 12 minutes. Then open.
Step 2
After the rice has cooled, add the rice vinegar and stir well. Cut the avocado or cucumber into thin cubes and the salmon fillet into slices. Cut the elevator sheets in half.
Step 3
Spread plastic wrap on a bamboo mat. Place half a sheet of noria on the bottom of the foil, smooth side down. Put the rice on the elevator sheet, distribute it well over the elevator sheet - the rice should extend 1 cm beyond the top surface of the elevator sheet. Spread the salmon fillets over the top of the rice. Cover everything with a second sheet of plastic and flip it over to the other side. Remove the foil from the noria sheet. Place the avocado and cheese on the bottom of the noria leaf. Moisten the edge of the bucket elevator with water and wrap the roll with a rug. Shape the roll by pressing the mat with your hands.
Step 4
You can make rolls with salmon inside the noria leaf. To do this, place a sheet of noria on a rug, lay out the rice, leaving the top edge of the sheet free. Place avocado, salmon and cheese on the bottom of the leaf. Moisten the edge of the sheet and wrap the roll.
Step 5
Cut each roll with a sharp knife into 8 pieces. Serve with soy sauce.
