Sushi roll with salmon is an appetizer that is not ashamed to be served on the table. Such sushi look great, they are convenient to eat, you don't even need Chinese sticks here, because not everyone knows how to eat Japanese cuisine with them.
It is necessary
- - 2 steaks of salmon or salmon;
- - 1/2 cup sushi rice;
- - 50 g watercress, pickled ginger;
- - 1 fresh cucumber;
- - 2 Nori sheets;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sesame seeds, rice vinegar, soy sauce;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar, wasabi, sea salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour sushi rice into a small saucepan, pour a glass of hot water over it, put it on fire. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook rice for 20 minutes. You will not get crumbly rice like this - this is normal.
Step 2
Mix rice vinegar with salt and sugar, stir. Salt and sugar should be taken 1 teaspoon without top! Sprinkle the cooked sushi rice with the resulting vinegar dressing, set it aside for now.
Step 3
Heat the frying pan, you do not need to pour oil on it! Put pieces of salmon, fry until golden brown on both sides. Instead of salmon, you can also use salmon - it is also suitable for making these sushi rolls. Cool the finished salmon slightly, disassemble it into fibers. Rinse fresh cucumber, cut into long strips.
Step 4
On a piece of seaweed paper, place a tablespoon of boiled rice, some wasabi, a few strips of cucumber, and a pinch of torn watercress. Sprinkle it all with sesame seeds, put the disassembled salmon meat on top, roll the leaf into a small bun. Make two of these rolls with the specified amount of ingredients. Serve the salmon sushi roll with pickled ginger and soy sauce.
