Everyone has long known that eating fish is very beneficial. That is why we bring to your attention a very healthy recipe for fish platter, which is cooked in the oven. Three types of fish, moreover cooked in pots, give the dish an unforgettable taste. And all this is complemented by sauteed vegetables, lettuce and fresh cherry tomatoes.

We need:

• 0.9 kg of fish platter (salmon, burbot, menek);

• ½ lemon;

• 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;

• 1 tsp. mustard with grains;

• 1 vegetable marrow;

• 1 bell pepper;

• 5 medium onions;

• 4 tbsp. l. olive oil;

• salt to taste;

• sea salt;

• pepper or favorite spices;

• bay leaves;

• 9 cherry tomatoes;

• 9 lettuce leaves.

Preparation:

1. Wash all fish fillets, remove bones, cut into medium slices and put in one container.

2. In a cup, combine 1 tbsp. l. oils, soy sauce, regular salt, mustard and your favorite spices. (You can take a seasoning for fish or Provencal herbs). Mix all the ingredients well to create a fragrant and spicy marinade.

3. Pour the marinade over the fish fillet slices, mix gently with your hands and leave to marinate for at least half an hour.

4. Meanwhile, cut the onion into rings, the cherry tomatoes into halves, and the courgette and bell peppers into short strips.

5. After half an hour, take the baking pots. At the bottom of each pot, put a bay leaf and pour in ½ tbsp. l. oils. Lay the fish slices on top of the butter and pour over the remaining marinade. (In this case, the first layer must necessarily go burbot, then salmon and at the end of the menek).

6. Cover fish in pots with a layer of onion rings. Close the pots themselves with lids, place on a baking sheet and send for 1 hour to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

7. At the end of baking the fish, you need to start cooking vegetables. Put the pepper strips with zucchini in hot olive oil and fry over high heat, stirring occasionally.

8. Cover the dish tightly with lettuce leaves.

9. After frying, put the vegetables on the lettuce and sprinkle with sea salt. Why marine? Everything is very simple. This salt will not melt, but it will give the dish a beautiful look and unusual taste.

10. After an hour, remove the pots from the oven and cool slightly. After the marinade, carefully drain, and turn the fish into a dish with vegetables. As a result, it turns out that the fish will lie on the onion pillow.

11. Decorate fish platter with vegetables with tomato halves and serve.
