The taste of fish goes well with the piquancy of pickled cucumbers, and it is complemented by vegetables familiar to everyone - potatoes and carrots. The dish is prepared in pots. For the specified amount of ingredients, 3-4 of them are needed.

- - 4 potatoes
- - 1 carrot

- - 4 pickled cucumbers
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- - 3 teaspoons of capers
- - 50 g butter
- - 1.5 cups cream
- - a teaspoon of paprika
- - salt
- - black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Salt in butter. Cut potatoes, carrots into thin slices.

Place the onions in the bottom of each pot. Place the carrot and potato slices on top.

Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika, pour in 2 tablespoons of cream. Close with lids and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
