Instructions
Step 1
Prepare food. Measure out the required amount of ingredients (enough for six pots). Wash cauliflower and broccoli and divide into small inflorescences. Peel carrots and onions. Separate six to seven cloves from the head of garlic and peel them off.
Step 2
Rinse the veal or beef and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into cubes about two centimeters by two. The larger the meat, the longer it will take to cook, which will harm the vegetables, taking away most of the nutrients from them.
Step 3
Cut the carrots into large circles and the onions into half rings. Chop the garlic with a knife.
Step 4
Preheat a skillet, add a little oil for frying (one tablespoon will be enough). Fry the meat until half cooked over medium heat.
Step 5
Place the pots on the table and start filling them. Place the meat first and salt it, then put the onions and carrots on top. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
Step 6
The next layer is green beans. Top - inflorescences of cauliflower and broccoli. Salt the dish again to taste and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Each pot should be crowned with a small piece of butter. Pour in about half a glass of broth or plain water and send the pots to cook.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees, place the pots in it and leave for an hour. Then put them on the table and let it brew for ten to fifteen minutes.
