An open pie with figs and brie cheese is a great choice for those who like to combine sweet figs with unsweetened cheese. It turns out very original and tasty! Dessert is prepared in an hour.

- For eight servings:
- - puff pastry - 500 g;
- - brie cheese - 250 g;
- - figs - 20 pieces;
- - flower honey - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - fresh thyme - 4 stems;
- - 10% cream - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the puff pastry, place half on a lined baking sheet. Make bumpers out of the remaining dough.
Step 2
Rinse the figs, dry, cut into wedges. Cut the brie cheese into 0.5 centimeter thick slices.
Step 3
Put pieces of cheese on the dough, put prepared figs in a second layer. Cream the edges of the dough.
Step 4
Bake the open pie at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 5
