Brussels sprouts with ham. You will need: 300 g of Brussels sprouts, 200 g of ham, 1 carrot, 2 eggs, spices to taste. Boil the cabbage in well salted water for 10 minutes. Cut the ham into strips. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Beat eggs with a blender, add spices. Layer in a baking dish: cabbage, carrots, ham and cover with beaten eggs. This dish is baked in the oven (preheated to 180-200 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.
