  • - refined vegetable oil (seven tablespoons);
  • - freshly ground pepper in the filling (to your taste);
  • - large onions (one piece);
  • - fast-acting granular yeast (one and a half teaspoons);
  • - any vegetable oil for the filling (three tablespoons);
  • - table salt (to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

Warm up some milk, pour into a medium-sized container, add granulated sugar and yeast granulated there, mix everything and leave on the kitchen table for about twenty minutes.

Step 2

As soon as the yeast mixture is covered with a very thick layer of foam, you need to pour it immediately into a bowl with sifted flour, mix, add the rest of the fat milk, add salt at your discretion. Place the container with freshly prepared yeast dough in any warm place, after covering the dishes with a cloth towel.

Step 3

As soon as the yeast mass begins to actively bubble, pour in oil and add raw chicken eggs, mix the dough intensively and leave it alone for thirty minutes.

Step 4

Heat the pan, brush the surface of the pan with oil, then start the process of baking pancakes made from yeast dough on a milk basis.

Step 5

While the pancakes are being prepared, you should not waste time, as you can start preparing a hearty filling for them. To do this, pour the remaining oil into another pan, add any minced meat, then mix and fry it until half cooked, adding pepper.

Step 6

Next, chop a very finely peeled onion onion, put it in the pan in which the minced meat is fried and continue the cooking process with regular stirring. As soon as all the yeast pancakes are ready, put the meat filling with onions in equal portions, then fold all the pancakes separately into envelopes and put on a dish. Optionally, sprinkle the pancakes with chopped fresh herbs on top, then serve.
