It is necessary

    • chicken breasts - 2 pieces;
    • beef - 150 gr;
    • pork -150 gr;
    • chicken or meat broth - 500 ml;
    • carrots - 1 piece;
    • gelatin - 30 g;
    • lemon;
    • greens.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, you need to cook all meat products. The broth will be richer if you add bones to it. Then it needs to be filtered, since the aspic should be transparent.

Step 2

No jellied can be prepared without an adhesive. Most often, housewives use gelatin, which is sold in any grocery store. Take about 30 grams and cover with water. You will need 2 cups of cold, boiled water. Leave the gelatin to swell for half an hour. Now is the time to prepare the meat.

Step 3

Cut chicken breasts, pork and beef into thin strips. But when cutting carrots, you can show your imagination: "carrot" flowers or bizarre figures, which are easy to make with a sharp knife, look very interesting in aspic. When the gelatin swells, add it to the broth and put it on fire to dissolve properly, but remember that you cannot bring it to a boil. Then cool slightly.

Step 4

Pour some ready-made jelly, about one centimeter, into your jellied form and place in a cold place. The next stage begins only after the jelly layer has hardened well. First place the carrots and parsley leaves, then the meat strips and pour over the remaining jelly. The aspic will be ready only in a few hours. It is better to put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 5

In addition to the main ingredients in meat aspic, boiled eggs, green peas, and olives look very impressive. Eggs usually make pretty daisies. You can also play with forms for aspic. This can be a large container, and small molds, for example, yogurt cups or curly baskets. Silicone bakeware is ideal. And some housewives prepare whole cakes or round-shaped aspic.
