Beshbarmak is a Bashkir dish. Traditionally, it is made from lamb for some important holiday. But rest assured, if you cook it with chicken and serve it for dinner, it will not become less tasty and satisfying.
It is necessary

- - Butter - 75 gr.;
- - Flour - 2-3 tbsp.;
- - Chicken eggs - 2-3 pcs.;
- - Potatoes - 6 pcs.;
- - Greens - to taste;
- - Water - 1/2 cup;
- - Onions - 3-4 heads;
- - Salt and pepper to taste;
- - Black peppercorns - 5 pcs.;
- - Lavrushka - 3 sheets.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to boil the chicken. To do this, put it in a pot of clean water. Let the liquid boil. Add halved onion, black peppercorns, lavrushka. When the chicken is cooked, take it out of the dish, put it aside and let it cool. Then cut it with your hands into thin strips.
Step 2
Put the peeled potatoes in the pot in which the chicken was cooked, cook until tender and remove. Once cool, cut into cubes and send to a deep bowl.
Step 3
From eggs, flour and water, knead a thick dough that does not stick to your hands. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Then mix again. Roll into very thin cakes, cut into diamonds. Boil and send to potatoes in a cup.
Step 4
Fry the remaining onion in butter, taking care not to burn it. Chop the greens.
Step 5
They say that everything should be laid out in layers on a flat plate. But I don't. I just put pieces of meat, greens, fried onions, boiled potatoes on boiled tortillas, salt and pepper, mix everything well. It turns out very appetizing.
