For the inhabitants of the Caucasus, lavash is a traditional type of bread. When lavash is fresh, it is very elastic and soft. In ancient Armenia, this bread was baked in the fall, stocking it up for future use, piled on top of each other and in this form allowed to dry. When using, the lavash was moistened with water and left for 30 minutes. Then it became tasty and soft again. To make lavash snacks, it is better to buy it ready-made, but if you wish, you can cook it yourself.

- With minced meat and tomatoes:
- 3 pita bread
- 200 gr minced beef or pork
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 gr of hard cheese
- parsley and dill
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 cloves of garlic
- mayonnaise.
- Omelet envelopes:
- 2 pita bread,
- 8 eggs
- salt to taste
- 4 tomatoes,
- vegetable oil for frying.
- Pizza on pita bread:
- 1 lavash,
- 200 gr of ham
- 2 tomatoes,
- 200 gr of cheese
- greens
Instructions
Step 1
Lavash can be stuffed with minced meat and tomatoes:
Grate carrots, fry them together with onions in sunflower oil.
Step 2
Then add the minced meat, pre-salt and pepper it.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into slices, add cheese and chopped herbs and lettuce, mix mayonnaise with garlic.
Step 4
Grease the first sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise, put the minced meat on top.
Step 5
Anoint the second sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise on both sides and put on top of the first one, spread lettuce and tomatoes on it, then spread mayonnaise on top of them again.
Step 6
Also grease the third sheet on both sides with mayonnaise, put tomatoes on it and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 7
Roll the roll carefully and put in the refrigerator for half an hour, then cut into neat pieces.
Step 8
Omelet envelopes are also a very tasty appetizer.
Expand the pita bread and cut it into 8 rectangles of the same size.
Step 9
Beat 8 eggs, add salt and pour this mixture into a preheated skillet with vegetable oil.

Make an omelet and divide it into 8 pieces as well.

Cut the tomatoes into equal slices. Put the omelet, tomatoes on the pita bread and fold the pita bread into an envelope.

Fry them in place until golden brown.

Pizza on pita bread is prepared like this:
Take pita bread, put tomatoes on it in the first layer, then greens, ham and the last layer - cheese.

Roll the pita bread and cut into several pieces.

Bake in the oven at 170-180 degrees for 30 minutes.
