Baked ham.
A pork leg, at least 3 kg in size, is best suited for preparing a ham. It is worth paying special attention to the fact that the ham must be chilled with the fatty shell not removed, which will give the meat softness and unique taste when baked, as well as an attractive golden crust on the ham, thanks to this shell.
Step 5
Jelly.
It is ideal to use meat with a high gluten content for jellied meat. It can be pork or beef hooves, beef tails, as well as a pork head.
