The meat turns out to be juicy, with a fragrant and beautiful crust. And apple sauce will add spice to the dish.
It is necessary
- - 500 g chicken fillet,
- - 1/2 cup rice
- - 3 tbsp. l. melted butter
- - 1/2 lemon juice,
- - salt.
- For apple gravy:
- - 2 green apples,
- - 1, 5 tsp Sahara,
- - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon,
- - 1/2 tbsp. l. starch.

Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Strain the broth and boil the rice in it.
Step 2
Cut the boiled fillet into small pieces, fry in butter, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 3
To make the gravy from apples, cut off the peel, remove the core and cut them into slices. Boil the apple peel for 3-4 minutes. Filter the broth and pour apple slices with it, boil until soft, then add sugar and cinnamon. Then we introduce starch diluted in water. Bring the gravy to a boil, remove from heat.
Step 4
Put boiled rice on portioned plates, then pieces of chicken fillet. Top with apple gravy.
