Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Simmer in a skillet with a lid closed for about 15 minutes (no oil added). Fry the chopped mushrooms in a second pan. Separately fry the flour in butter until golden brown, season with salt and pepper. Next, pour in a glass of boiling milk and add the yolk. If the gravy is thick, add a little more milk. Mix everything well, then add finely grated cheese and stir until it is completely dissolved. Add mushrooms and cheese sauce to the chicken. Season to taste. Simmer for a few more minutes without a lid. It turns out an easy-calorie recipe.
Step 2
Grind onion, pepper, garlic in a blender and add olive oil. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, salt and marinate for forty minutes in the mixture obtained in a blender. Then fry the chicken in a pan for 15 minutes in olive oil. Sprinkle with flour and cook for another two minutes. Pour 100 ml of water into the chicken (broth can be used), mix, add bay leaf and spices. Cook the chopped onions and grated carrots in advance. Add to chicken fillet and cover. Simmer over low heat until tender. Add chopped herbs five minutes before cooking.
Step 3
Wash the chicken breasts. Pat dry and rub with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a skillet and remove the froth from the surface. Fry the breasts in well-heated butter for about three minutes on each side. Transfer the fried breast to a baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for ten minutes at 180 ° C.
Step 4
Prepare the gravy separately. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Finely chop the onion. Wash the greens and chop finely. In the same pan where the breasts were fried, fry the onions for five minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms and stir-fry for five minutes. Sprinkle onion with mushrooms with flour and fry for another minute. Add water (you can use chicken stock), stirring occasionally, bring to a boil and simmer for three minutes. Season with salt and seasoning to taste. Reduce heat to low and add cream, stirring to prevent curdling. Then simmer for another three minutes over low heat. Add the dill herbs and stir.
Step 5
Next, lay out the chicken breasts, cover and heat for two minutes. Heat over the lowest heat or, turn off heat and cover tightly.
