Ginger is sold both dried and raw. Among all the spices, this root is considered one of the most valuable and useful. And in combination with dietary chicken broth, ginger is a godsend. This herb is called a "hot spice" in its native land of North India. It has a spicy sweetish taste and gives any dish a special piquancy.

- fresh ginger root
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 0.5 cups rice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp chili seasoning
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2-3 sprigs of cilantro;
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in a liter of water for 30 minutes. Remove the fillets from the broth and cut the chicken into cubes.
Step 2
Peel the ginger root with a knife, cut into slices and crush in a mortar with garlic.
Step 3
Put crushed ginger with garlic, chicken, chili into the broth, add soy sauce, lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 4
Rinse the rice thoroughly to make the water clear. Pour it into the broth.
Step 5
Reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the large chunks of ginger and garlic from the broth.
Step 6
Chop green onions and cilantro. Grind in a mortar with vegetable oil and salt until smooth.
Step 7
Serve the soup and then season with the onion and cilantro mixture.
