The peculiarity of the rabbit is lean dietary meat. But to enjoy the rabbit meat, you need to put in a little effort and spend several hours of time.
It is necessary
- - 1 kilogram of rabbit fillet,
- - 1, 5 glasses of sour cream,
- - 3 tablespoons of milk,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 2 onions,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - 100 grams of pitted prunes,
- - vegetable oil,
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- - 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil with rosemary, ginger and ground pepper. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the mixture.
Step 2
Wash the rabbit fillet and cut into small pieces. Pour the spiced vegetable oil marinade over the rabbit and let sit for 3 hours.
Step 3
Fry the rabbit until golden brown and salt. Pour water over the meat so that the water slightly covers the meat. Simmer the rabbit for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the prunes, soak for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, add the carrots and fry for another 1 minute. Then add the prunes and cook for about a minute.
Step 6
Add the resulting roast to the rabbit and stir. Mix sour cream with milk, pour over the rabbit and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
