Buuz is a popular Buryat national dish, which, having tasted it once, will never forget and will always love. In Buryatia, it is also called "poses". Many visitors, hearing this word, smile. Although for the residents of the capital this is a favorite dish, and with only one word about "poses", saliva is released.

Roll out the dough in a thin layer, make circles with a glass.

We put minced meat on each circle and pinch it, leaving a hole on top. It is so that more juice is released during cooking.
