It is necessary
- For 8 servings:
- - 1 liter of plain yogurt;
- - 2 vanilla pods;
- - 10 egg yolks;
- - 150 g icing sugar;
- - 100 g brown sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. In a mixer bowl, mix the yolks with powdered sugar. Cut the vanilla pod and add its contents to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into portioned molds and bake for 45 minutes. Willingness is easy to determine: the dessert should grab at the edges, but shake in the center. Cool down first at room temperature, and then for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Blot the top of the dessert with a paper napkin and sprinkle with brown sugar in a thin layer. We heat the grill to the maximum and put the cream under it until a caramel crust forms (it all depends on your grill, but I do not recommend leaving the oven!). If your dessert remains cold on the inside, but has acquired a crispy hot crust - you did the job perfectly!
