Delicious chocolate biscuits are a great treat for tea. It can be made very quickly by having dark chocolate or special chocolate droplets on hand from the baking aisle.
It is necessary
- - 225 gr. butter;
- - 150 gr. Sahara;
- - 110 gr. cane sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract;
- - 350 gr. flour;
- - a teaspoon of baking soda;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 270 gr. dark chocolate or chocolate drops.
Instructions
Step 1
In a mixer, beat the butter until creamy.
Step 2
Add both types of sugar, beat for 2 minutes.
Step 3
We drive eggs into the cream one by one. Last of all, pour in the vanilla extract, whisk the cream for the last time.
Step 4
Add flour mixed with baking soda and salt to the cream.
Step 5
Chocolate drops or chocolate, cut into small pieces, are sent to the dough and mixed until smooth.
Step 6
Using an ice cream spoon or two tablespoons, spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. There should be a lot of space between the cookies.
Step 7
We bake cookies with chocolate for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 190C.
